robust international manufacturing and supply chain footprint.
2007
Zhangjiagang Wealth Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd., is a cornerstone of the Group's manufacturing expertise. Established in 2007 in Zhang Jia gang, China, this fully owned subsidiary (100% share) operates across a substantial 23,000 m² facility. With a significant investment of 42 million USD, the factory specializes in the dedicated production of high-quality hand tools, serving as a primary hub for our global supply chain.
2019
Wealth Metal Company., Ltd., is a strategic, majority
owned manufacturing hub (51%) established in 2019 in
Song Gong City, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam. With an
investment of 18 million USD and operating from a
15,000 m² facility, this site is fully integrated for high-end
hand tool production. It specializes in the complete cycle
of manufacturing, including forging, machining, dip
molding, assembly, testing, and packing, ensuring end-to
end quality control.
2024
Wealth Smart Equipment (ZhangJiagang) Co., Ltd.
is a strategic, majority-owned subsidiary (51%) of
Wealth Tools Group, established in Zhang Jia gang,
China in 2024. With an investment of 5 million USD and
operating from a 2,500 m² facility, this factory is
dedicated to the specialized manufacturing of tool
carts and cabinets, marking a key expansion into
smart equipment and storage solutions.
2025
Wealth Tools Group (Philippines) Corp. is a strategic
new manufacturing unit located in PEZA, Cavite,
Manila, Philippines. Scheduled for commission in
June 2025, this 5,500 m² facility, backed by a 5million USD investment, will focus entirely on the
production of tool carts, cabinets, and boxes. This
expansion significantly strengthens the Group's
capacity for high-quality tool storage solutions in the
Southeast Asian region.
